Para ter direito ao afastamento remunerado por motivo de sa\u00fade, o colaborador precisa:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estar inscrito no IMSS;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apresentar atestado m\u00e9dico emitido por profissional credenciado;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ter contribu\u00eddo com o sistema por pelo menos quatro semanas consecutivas antes do afastamento.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O <b>IMSS cobre at\u00e9 60% do sal\u00e1rio-base do colaborador a partir do quarto dia de afastamento<\/b><span> por doen\u00e7a comum. Em casos de acidentes de trabalho, o benef\u00edcio pode chegar a <\/span><b>100% da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span>, desde o primeiro dia.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, o M\u00e9xico oferece benef\u00edcios obrigat\u00f3rios para m\u00e3es e pais empregados, com base nas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es da LFT e do IMSS.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Licen\u00e7a-maternidade:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 semanas de licen\u00e7a remunerada (6 antes e 6 depois do parto);<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Possibilidade de transferir at\u00e9 4 semanas do per\u00edodo pr\u00e9-natal para o p\u00f3s-parto;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A remunera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 paga integralmente pelo IMSS, desde que a colaboradora esteja devidamente registrada.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><b><\/b><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Licen\u00e7a-paternidade:<\/b><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 dias \u00fateis de licen\u00e7a remunerada, pagos pelo empregador.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em 2025, h\u00e1 discuss\u00f5es no Congresso mexicano sobre a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a-paternidade, mas at\u00e9 o momento n\u00e3o houve altera\u00e7\u00f5es aprovadas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gerenciar todos os processos relacionados \u00e0s licen\u00e7as de trabalho pode ser bastante complexo.
